The fifth marketing mix is programming. It comprises of the programmes planned and held during the event. There are basically nine programmes held during the Singapore Food Festival. Apart from the four event highlights that I had mentioned earlier on, to add on, there is still the "Sea-Food and Eat" Cooking Workshop by Violet Oon, Central Food Festival - GET FRESH BY THE RIVER, An Introduction to Crave Singapore, Behind the Scenes @ Jurong Fishery Port and last but not least, the Tiffin Cruise @ Singapore River.

Two out of these nine programmes includes hands-on activities. With the addition of hands-on activity, it will further entice the target markets to come and join in because not only can they get the experience but this also allows them to get involved and be part of the event, making the whole event a successful one.
