From the wide assortment of food, the quality of them is essential because it can determine whether the event is successful or not. As it is a food festival, the quality of the food should be beyond or up to expectations to the consumers because people who come to the food festival are looking for something unique yet something that brings out the cultural aspects of Singapore through seafood.

The facilitating products of this festival include a "Best of Singapore's Food" brochure which can be collected at any Singapore Visitors Centre.

The augmented products includes the atmosphere of the event, and the interactions between the stall vendors and their customers. It is very important to have interaction between the stall vendors and their customers is because it is how the stall vendors decide to promote and upsell their food items in order to get their customers to purchase their items. With good selling techniques, the consumers will then tend to purchase their items which will contribute to the success of the Singapore Food Festival 2012.
